Guide for First Time Users of Catalog
1) Creating an Account
To setup your catalog account, click the
Your Account tab in the top right-hand corner, and then
click Setup New Account. When setting up your account,
you will be taken through two pages where you must enter information
about yourself. On the first, you will enter a username, password
and e-mail address where indicated. Make sure your e-mail address
is correct. If you forget your account password, it can be sent
to your e-mail address. Click Enter when information
is complete and correct. On the second page, you will enter your
first and last names, your address and phone number. Click Save
Changes when you are finished to complete the creation of
your account or click Undo Changes to clear the text
boxes and start over. Note: Parish Accounts need to be setup over
the phone. If your parish does not have an Internet account, call
1-(800) 488-0488 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time to set one up.
If calling after business hours, leave a message to receive a call back during business hours.
Use the search box under St. Anthony, Help Me Find
to look for specific products.
You may enter titles, authors names, or ISBN numbers. After entering text, click GO to the right of the
search box; pressing ENTER does NOT activate the search. To narrow down your search, use the pull-down menu to the right of the search box and choose one of the
following options: Search Books, Search Audiobooks, Search Spoken Word Audio,
Search Video, Search Share Your Faith or Search Español.

3) Adding Items to Shopping Cart
Once you find an item you wish to purchase and arrive at its individual page, specify
how many of that item you need and add the item to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART.
4) Checking Out
When you are ready to purchase your items, click the Shopping Cart / Checkout tab in the
top right-hand corner. You will see the items you have chosen and will have an opportunity to delete items and/or
change the quantity you wish to buy. After changing the quantity, click RECALCULATE in order to see the price of your order updated.
5) Selecting a Shipping Method
There are several shipping options; choose one that best fits your needs. Once you indicate the shipping method you wish to use,
the shopping cart will automatically refresh and update the shipping and handling price. Note: Orders will be shipped within one to two business days after being placed. Therefore if you choose Next Day Air or Second Day Air, actual delivery time could be from 2-4 business days.
6) Providing Additional Shipping Instructions
In the text box below Shipping Instructions,
if any, include any additional instructions you would like
to provide for the delivery person. Here, for example, you would
indicate that you want your package left at the front door if you
are not home at the time of delivery.
7) Providing a Payment Method
Orders may be purchased using MasterCard or Visa.
Enter your account number in the designated text box on the Payment
Information page. Do not include the spaces that appear on
your credit card. Enter your first and last names and expiration
date as it appears on card.
8) Confirming Your Order
When your order is complete, you will be
provided with an order confirmation page, indicating that the order
has been successful. In addition to confirming that your order is
being processed, this page will also supply you with your order
number, order date and time, list of ordered items, pricing information,
billing address, shipping address, payment method and shipping method.
Please print out this page for your own records. The order number
provided on the order confirmation page is very helpful if you need
to call customer service with questions or problems pertaining to
the order.
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
Your Account
Logging in allows you to enter billing information once instead of every time you place an order. It also allows you to save your Wish List or Shopping Cart for return visits.
How do I change my billing information?
Login to your account, and click on Billing
Information to change your name, address, and phone number.
How do I change my billing or shipping information immediately after an order is placed if I have forgotten something?
Once you have placed your order and payed for it via credit card, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Can I change my subscription information on this website?
If you need to change your subscription information, you will need to call customer service.
How do I change my e-mail and login information?
Login to your account, and click on E-mail/Login Information to change your username, password, and e-mail address.
How do I modify and add shipping addresses?
Login to your account, and click on Add or modify a shipping address.
The Wish List is a way for you save ideas for later purchases without putting
them in your shopping cart.
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click on the "Your Account" tab
and click Forgot your password? beneath the username
and password text boxes, where you would normally login. Enter your
username and e-mail address when prompted. Your password will be
e-mailed to you.

How do I find items in the catalog?
Use the search box under St. Anthony, Help Me Find

How do I add an item to my cart?
Once you find an item you wish to purchase and arrive at its individual page, specify how many of that item you need and add the item to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART.
Customers who order products in quantity are offered a lower price-per unit for each item.
The various discounts are listed with each product. As you add items to your shopping cart, you may see the individual
price for an item decrease and see that discount reflected in your order. Its
our way of saying THANKS to our bulk buyers.
Im ready to check out, but the discount for a large order is not showing in the shopping cart. What's going on?
Discounts for large purchases do not appear in the shopping cart. They will be applied, however, after you enter your payment information.
How do I pay for my order?
You will be asked for credit card information upon checking out your shopping cart. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All orders are billed in U.S. funds.
How do I know that my order was successful?
When your order is complete, you will
be provided with an order confirmation page, indicating that the
order has been successful. In addition to confirming that your

your order number, order date and time, list of ordered items,
pricing information, billing address, shipping address, payment

I just paid for my order. Can I make changes to it?
Once you have placed your order and paid for it via credit card, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
How can I get a sample of something before I buy?
We do have a preview policy on all of our products. You can preview our products for 30 days. You will be charged or invoiced for your purchase. However, you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep or return the merchandise. At the end of the 30 days simply pay the invoice or return the product. You will receive credit for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling fee.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Web orders are processed each business day
at 2 p.m.(EST), and generally are shipped the following business
day. If you order after 2 p.m., your order will be processed and
shipped 1-2 business days later. Business days are non-holidays,
Monday-Friday.
How long before I get my order?
All orders ship out from our warehouse within 24-48
business hours after they are placed. Within the Continental US,
you should receive your order within 3-5 business days after we
ship.
How do I change my shipping address?
Login to your account, and click on Add or modify a shipping address. If you add a shipping address, you will be given the option of sending your order to the new shipping address when you purchase your items.
What are the available shipping methods and costs?
There are several shipping options; choose one that best fits your needs. Shipping rates vary depending on what shipping method you choose, how much your order weighs, and where your order is being shipped.
What is a back-order item?
A back-order item is an item that is not currently in stock. Feel free to place
your order and we will send the item as soon as it comes in stock, typically 2 to 4 weeks, with no additional shipping charge.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted up to one month from invoice date. Books must
be in resalable condition upon receipt by us. Include a copy of the invoice. Please pack
items securely and do not use newsprint. Returns need to be shipped back to us via UPS,
FedEx or USPS Insured. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Miscellaneous
Id like to know more information about a particular author. How can I get in contact with him or her?
We are unable to give out an authors personal information. If you have any questions or comments for one of the authors, please
send your letter to the author in care of St. Anthony Messenger Press and we will forward you letter on. Messages can also be sent via email.
I represent a retail store or distributor. How do I place an order?
Please call our Customer Service Department (800-488-0488) to place your order. You will not receive proper
discounts when placing an order on our website.
