Mother Teresa, whose own life was nourished by prayer, was a living saint who nourished those around her . This little book, prepared by the nuns of her order, the Missionaries of Charity, or Sisters of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, is published in this country for the first time for the celebration of her third death anniversary.

Here are Mother Teresa's prayers and excerpts from her writings, many in her own handwriting reproduced on the page, accompanied by line drawings by the sisters. The simple drawings of the sisters complement the simple words of Mother Teresa. These words and drawings show the way to a profound joy through service to God in service to the poorest of the poor.
