People of Hope (11 min.)
This video introduces the viewer to Steven Biko, Elizabeth Seton, Gandhi, Ignatius of Loyola, a counselor and a mother. Hope is believing that something or someone is worth a commitment. Through the lives of these people, we can begin to see how hope can become a part of our lives.

People of Courage (11 min.)
This video introduces Joan of Arc, Oscar Romero, Paul of Tarsus, Dorothy Day, a young girl named Maura and a man in the water. Listening to their stories of strength and courage, we can begin to recognize the same patterns in our own daily living.

People of Prayer (11 min.)
Looking at the lives of Kateri Tekakwitha, Thomas Merton, Teresa of Avila, Francis of Assisi, a child and a grandmother, we see prayer as an important part of their lives. This video brings us to a sense of prayer that can become realistic in our own lives.
