Father Tom Richstatter, O.F.M., presents the history, rituals and meaning of the sacrament in its context as a sacrament of Christian initiation. Bishop Kenneth Untener discusses the celebration of the sacrament from his viewpoint as presider. Also includes a musical celebration of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit by gospel composer Reggie Butler.
